How many things are wrong with this photo...bad parenting ha-ha
1) His Bumbo is on the counter a big no-no having it on an elevated surface (we just ignore the big warning written on the side of it). - But to be safe there are usually at least 2 people around him at all times.
2) He's playing with a bread bag...now I get all those warnings about how bags are not designed to be toys, I never understood why you'd want to play with them but now I do.
